Nyla Rose

Nyla Rose was the first transgender woman to sign a contract with a major US federation such as All Elite Wrestling in February 2019. She made her debut on May 25, at Double or Nothing, taking part in a Triple threat match against Britt Baker and Kylie Rae, which later became a Fatal 4-way match following the addition of Awesome Kong, where the winner was Baker with the winning pinfall on Rae.

On June 29, at Fyter Fest, she took part in a triple threat match which also included Riho and Yuka Sakazaki, which she won; at the end of the match, she brutally attacks both, thus establishing herself as a heel.

On August 31, at All Out, she took part in a 21-Women Casino Battle Royale, winning it and earning an opportunity to capture the AEW Women's World Championship during the Dynamite premiere, but on October 2, she was defeated by Riho. On the January 1, 2020 episode of Dynamite: Homecoming Edition, she took part in a Fatal 4-Way match that included Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida and champion Riho valid for the AEW Women's World Championship, where the latter successfully defends her belt.

In February 2021, it was announced that Rose would compete in the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament. In the opening round of the US side of the bracket, she beat Tay Conti and on February 24, she beat Britt Baker to advance to the US side's tournament finals, where she defeated Thunder Rosa on March 1. Arrived at the grand final, she lost against Ryo Mizunami.
