Top Dolla

Anthony Joseph Francis, known by the ring name Top Dolla, is a professional wrestler and former American football player signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown roster.

While in college at Maryland, Francis played defensive tackle. After going undrafted in the 2013 draft, he signed with the Miami Dolphins. From 2013 to 2018 he was also part of several teams such as the New England Patriots, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Seattle Seahawks. The last team he played for was the New York Giants.

Francis signed with WWE in January of 2020, and was then sent to the Performance Center to train.

On October 1, following the Draft, Dolla, along with Hit Row, moved to the roster of SmackDown. Their debut on the blue show came on the October 22 episode when Dolla and Scott defeated jobbers Daniel Williams and Dustin Lawyer.

On November 18, he was fired, along with several other colleagues. Dolla, Adonis and B-Fab returned to WWE on the August 12, 2022 episode of SmackDown where Adonis and Dolla defeated jobbers Brendon Scott and Trevor Irvin.

On the March 31, 2023 episode of SmackDown, Dolla entered the annual André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal but was eliminated.
