Since becoming the new head of the creative team, Triple H has enhanced the talents of numerous stars and it is no secret that WWE backstage relations have improved significantly since when Vince McMahon was the boss. As everyone knows, the latter was forced to move away from the Stamford’s federation due to the numerous scandals that have emerged from the summer of 2022 until today.

The Game revolutionized the WWE product and made numerous changes behind the scenes, convincing even veterans of the caliber of Cody Rhodes and CM Punk to make their return by resolving the disagreements of the past.

However, it is wrong to say that all performers benefited from HHH's management. A star like Bobby Lashley has repeatedly repeated that he never had a particularly positive feeling with Triple H, who was unable to give him the chances he deserved, until 'The All Mighty' decided to leave the company to join All Elite Wrestling in October 2024.

Bobby understood that he had no chance to fully show his talent in WWE and that his time there was over, although the fans were very fond of him and his character. Lashley has started a new chapter in his career at Tony Khan's company, where he has less pressure and is more creatively free.

In a long interview with 'WFAA', he explained in detail the main differences between the two companies: “I think right off the bat, I know that the critics try to keep AEW down because they try to do so anytime when they talk about a WWE guy going over, they act like it’s a bad thing. And I keep trying to tell them—I am not a WWE wrestler. I am not an AEW wrestler. I am a wrestler. I wrestled for WWE for a good portion of my career. Now I’m a wrestler for AEW, so that’s all you need to know me by.”
