UFC as an organization had the privilege of having a star as bright as Dustin Poirier on the roster. He has served UFC and all its fans with otherworldly consistency, skill, and determination.

Dana White recently took the time to make an interesting revelation stating how the UFC 318 event is hosted with the sole intention of honoring Dustin Poirier’s glorious legacy.

Dustin Poirier will wave us a goodbye on 19th July at UFC 318 as he will be stepping into his final UFC fight. He is going to lock horns with Max Holloway which is supposedly a trilogy bout and DP has a massive lead of 2-0.

His nickname ‘El Diamante’ is perfectly chosen as DP is a diamond that the UFC will perhaps never find again.
