Cody Rhodes didn't expect John Cena to hit him in the most iconic moment of Elimination Chamber, which is destined to remain forever etched in WWE history. The shocking heel turn of the 16-time world champion left even 'The American Nightmare' speechless, who had been very brave in deciding to refuse The Rock's strange proposal.

The former All Elite Wrestling star – who has become the iconic face of WWE since defeating Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL – is aware that the toughest challenge of his entire career awaits him in the 41st edition of the 'Showcase of the Immortals'.

Cena will do everything possible to dethrone him in the most important event of the season and could also make use of the collaboration of a legend like The Rock, who will certainly be among the protagonists of Mania scheduled in Las Vegas in less than a month and a half.

After being brutally beaten during the company's latest PLE, Cody appeared on SmackDown last Friday and recorded a very intense promo in which he mentioned his three attackers (John Cena, The Rock and Travis Scott) sparking the reaction of the crowd in Philadelphia.

On the latest edition of his famous podcast, wrestling veteran Eric Bischoff commented on Rhodes' choice to use an 'F-Bomb' during his promo: “If you would ask me that two years ago, I would have said, ‘Nah, doesn’t work for me. It’s not the right character, number one; not the right audience. And not necessary, to be honest.’ But within the last 12 months, I’ve noticed across the board that F-bombs are just no big deal. I don’t care if you’re a politician, if you’re a sportscaster.”

He continued: “I think the word f**k is going to in another couple years just be as common, and it’s not going to be that, ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe you said that there’s kids watching.’ That train left the station a long time ago.”
