Having once believed that 35 was going to be the last age she would be in the ring, Bayley is now feeling invigorated by the development she has seen in her colleagues and the way that her role has changed in the ring, not only as a competitor but also as a teacher.
In addition to the in-ring accomplishments, Bayley is demonstrating her leadership. The wrestling world observes how she is not only motivated to pursue the championships but she is also motivated to drive the whole women's roster to the next level through her Royal Rumble comeback and active mentorship activities.

Bayley’s comeback storyline erupts into chaos
Bayley did not appear at WrestleMania 41 because of a backstage attack storyline that was supposed to add spice to the show and not a legitimate injury. The twist? The culprit was later identified as Becky Lynch who stole Bayley the WrestleMania tag-team opportunity and leading to a new feud.
During the June 9 Raw in Phoenix, Bayley rushed the ring and ambushed Becky in a vengeful interruption before she laid Becky with her Roseplant finisher before she could flee.
With the focus moving on Money in the Bank and the aftermath of recent storylines, Bayley is in a better position to motivate and have a chance. Her next step is to pursue titles and create a period of mentorship to young superstars.
She has her contract locked with the WWE until 2026, and they will be more than happy to keep her around, and her backstage presence is leaving its legacy on the women division.
