It's no secret that relations between WWE roster stars in the locker room have improved dramatically since Triple H began his era, while he was really confrontational in the latter part of Vince McMahon's tenure.
The Stamford's federation is going through a moment of serious crisis before Vince left his post, overwhelmed by a series of scandals that have also seriously damaged the image of the company itself.
The competition from All Elite Wrestling was stronger than ever at that time and several leading athletes were leaving WWE to try new experiences, being aware that WWE was no longer the colossus it once was.
The Game and Nick Khan have done an excellent job from all points of view, bringing the federation back to its former glory and also improving some aspects behind the scenes. HHH was smart enough to admit his mistakes, convincing the likes of Cody Rhodes and CM Punk that it was the right time to make their return to Stamford and shine like they couldn't in the past.
These brave moves proved the former world champion right, who has shown that he has an innate talent even outside the ring and the partnership that WWE has signed with Netflix has started a new era for the entire wrestling business (part of the credit must certainly be recognized to The Game).
Sheamus' huge confession
Interviewed by Peter Rosenberg on the latest episode of the 'Cheap Heat' podcast, WWE veteran Sheamus – who faced Rusev on Raw last Monday – confessed that the situation in the locker room has never been more harmonious: “I’ll go in there with anyone on the roster. Because everybody in that locker room, as far as I’m concerned, has earned their stripes. It’s not easy to get to where we get to.
And honestly mate, everyone in that locker room, I love everybody in that locker room. Because it’s probably the best locker room we’ve ever had in the entire history of the time that I’ve been there since 2009.”
