Carla Gonzalez, better known by her ring name Roxanne Perez, is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE, where she performs on the NXT roster. In WWE she held the NXT Women's Championship once and the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship with Cora Jade once.

She formerly wrestled in Ring of Honor as Rok-C where she once held the ROH Women's World Championship. She began training at the age of 13 and three years under the supervision of Booker T.

She made her professional wrestling debut in December 2018 under the ring name Rok-C when she began wrestling for Reality of Wrestling, Booker's promotion. T. Rok-C spent most of her rookie years wrestling for promotions in her home state of Texas, most notably Reality of Wrestling where she won the women's title, the ROW Diamonds Division Championship.
